Alexander Chizhik
Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Alex immigrated to the U.S. in 1987. A graduate of UMBC and UB Law, he served in the Navy’s JAGC as a prosecutor, Staff Judge Advocate, and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. After the Navy, he became a partner with Blades & Rosenfeld, the longest-standing law firm in MD, and focused his practice on business litigation. In 2012, Alex joined a growing Maryland based IT company as its General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer. In 2021, he founded Global Operations Group to help Ukrainian businesses expand into the U.S.
On February 24, 2022, Alex shifted his business and personal efforts to helping the Ukrainian people. He founded Global Operations Group Ukraine Aid, Inc., a non-profit raising funds and collecting supplies so badly needed by the Ukrainians displaced in-country, as well as those defending their homeland against the Russian invasion.
Arthur Olshansky
Arthur Olshansky is a technologist and a business leader. As a founder and CEO of multiple IT companies over the last 15 years, Arthur understands what it takes to launch a successful organization. In 2012, Arthur founded Klik.Solutions, a Maryland based IT managed services provider to SMBs and non-profits. Subsequently, he founded Molnii High Performance Cloud and Klik.Soft to expand his company into multiple verticals. In 2015, Arthur opened Klik.Ukraine, a Ukraine based office of Klik.Solutions. To date, he employees over 25 people in four Ukrainian cities and has been instrumental in bringing them to safety in Ukraine and abroad after the start of the Russian attacks.
Arthur was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and has deep personal and professional ties with the country and its people.
Stuart Amos
An accomplished businessman and leader, Stu Amos currently serves as the CEO of FlavorX, Inc., a healthcare company customizing flavors of medicinal liquids and syrups to help children, adults, and animals take medications. Having served at the helm of York International’s Unitary Products Group as its President, and prior to that as President of Siebe Industrial Equipment and Division President for Emerson Electric, Stu knows how to form strong community bonds and lead by example. Under his leadership, York donated many of its air conditioning units to different community groups in Pennsylvania. Stu has been a stalwart supporter of the DEA Survivor Benefit Fund, a non-profit which supports the families of DEA agents who gave their life in the line-of-duty. Stu’s leadership has been instrumental in the formation of GOG Ukraine Aid and its timely response to the growing crisis in Ukraine.
